442. Pyne (pin), Louisa Fanny. Born at London, 1828: died there, March 20, 1904. A popular English singer. In 1842 she appeared in public with her sister Susan (Mrs. Standing), and in 1849 she appeared in the opera "Sonnambula" at Boulogne, and was engaged for opera in London. In 1854-57 she visited America, first appearing in "Sonnambula" at New York, and singing at all the principal cities with brilliant succe .
