(fu’keus), gen. Su fu'ci (L.; Gr. yixos]. A genus of seaweed us, furnishes Irish mo . FP. vesiculo’sus, te der-wrack, is used in goiter and glandular diseases, and as a cure for obesity. Dose of solid extract, 10 gr. (0.666 gm.); of fluidextract, 60-120 min. (4-8 c.c.).
