superposable (superpozabl)

[ superpose (sū-pėr-pōz'), v. t.; pret. and pp. su per posed, ppr. superposing. [F. super poser, New social relations are superposed on the old. H. Spencer, Prin. of Sociol., § 439. 2. In bot., to place vertically over some other part: specifically used of arranging one whorl of organs opposite or over another instead of alternately.
