Roller

(rõllur.) (From roll.] (Surg.) A long and broad bandage, usually of linen cloth, to be rolled round any part of the body.-(Mach.) A piece of wood, iron, bra , ., of a cylindrical form, used in the construction of several machines, both in husbandry and the arts. (Typog.) Among printers, a wooden cylinder coated with a composition of mola es and glue, and revolving upon an iron rod intersecting its centre; it is used for inking the form of type prior to taking an impre ion.
