[Lat. urceolus (q. v.).] 1. Bot .: A genus of Plumierese. Named from the û-răn-û-tăn, s . [OURANG-OUTANG.] ür-ăn-vit-ri-ôl, subst . [English uran ( ium ), and form of the corolla. Leaves opposite, ova to-ob- vitriol.] Min.: The same as JOHANNITE (q. v.).
