Since its inception the Foundation has dis allowances and pensions to over 1,00 persons, of which there are now opera tive over 600. The Teachers’ Insuranc and Annuity A ociation of America established by the Foundation, has writ ten over 2,000 insurance policies an annuity contracts, representing a tot a of almost $10,000,000 in 1923. Th foundation maintains headquarters a 522 Fifth Avenue, New York City. Th president is H.S. Pritchett. The boart of trustees consists of 25 members.
