United; connected; a ociated. (Mus.) C. degrees, a term used of two or more notes which immediately follow each other in the order of the scale. C. tetrachords , two tetrachords or fourths, in which the same note is the highest of one and the lowest of the other. Conjointly, adv. Jointly; unitedly; in union; together.
