OF. Gen. 47.9. The days of the years of my pilgrimage are an hundred and thirty years: few and evil have the days of the years of my life been. 1 Sam. 20.3. There is but a step between me and death. 2 Sam. 14.14. We must needs die, and are as water spilt on the ground, which cannot be gathered up again. 1 Chr. 29.15. We are strangers before thee, and sojourners, as were all our fathers: our days on the earth are as a shadow, and there is none abiding. Job 4.19. Them that dwell in houses of clay, whose foundation is in the dust, which are crushed before the moth? 20. They are destroyed from morning to evening: they perish for ever without any regarding it . 21. Doth not their excellency which is in them go away? they die, even without wisdom. Job 7.6.
