E. according to the L.; = F. hemisphere = Sp. hemisferio = Pg. hemispherio = It. hemisferio, hemisphere. 2790 head with prominent orbits, branchial apertures confluent, but with the branchial membrane broad and continuous below, the trunk antrorsiform, and the vertebrae numerous (for example, 16 abdominal + 23 caudal).
