Yarmouth, Isle of Wight, Feb. 1817 to March 1818; M.P. Kilrenny district of burghs, March 1818 to June 1819; an ordinary lord of se ion and a lord of justiciary with title of lord Meadow bank 1 July 1819 to Nov. 1843; entertained the archduke Nicholas afterwards emperor of Ru ia at Meadow bank 1816; succeeded to estates of Garvock and Pitliver, June 1854, when he a umed additional surname of Welwood. d.
