Besides several articles, notably upon Tischendorf, and translations of Luthardt's St. John the Author of the Fourth Gospel (Edinburgh, 1875, 2d ed. 1885), and Commentary on St. John's Gospel (1876-78, 3 vols.), the pamphlet, Les cahiers des man us crits grecs, Paris, 1885, he is the author of the Prolegomena in N. T. Tis chen dor fanum ed. viii., mai or, Leipzig, pars prima 1884.
