Margaret Agnes ( eld. dau. of John Somerville of Marylebone, London, biscuit baker ). b. Lanark 26 Oct. 1799; made her first appearance on the stage at Drury Lane theatre 9 May 1816 as Imogine in Maturin’s tragedy of Bertram ; created character of Bianca in Dean Milman’s Fazio at Bath 6 Jany. 1818; played at Drury Lane 1816–18 and 1823–24, Covent Garden 1818–19.
