Chaste; pure; undefiled; fresh: new; Viscous, becoming a virgin; maidenly; modest; indicating Vise, modesty. —Virginity, -Y-tY, n. The state or quality Vis of a virgin; maidenhood. —Virago, n. (Astron.) A Vision, sign of the zodiac which the sun enters about August 21st; a constellation of the zodiac, now occupying: chiefly the sign Libra. — Vir'ginal, -jin-al, n. (Mus) An instrument formerly in use, somewhat resembling the spinet, but having a rectangular form, like the small piano-forte.
