Diarrhea

Frequent evacuations from the bowels of fluid or semi-fluid matters. It may be due to cold, undigested food, cathartics, inflammation of the intestines (enteritis), contaminated drinking water, or anything which sets up irritation of the intestines; or it may be a symptom of disease, such as typhoid fever, cholera, or tuberculosis of intestines or per it onæum.
