Camptolæmus (kamptolemus)

(first Camp tola i mus G. R. They have a leathery expansion of the edges of the upper mandible, a distinct nail, slight frontal angles, slight teeth in the upper mandible (those of the lower being prominent and vertical), bristly cheeks, short and vaulted wings, a short and 14-feathered tail, and the coloration of the male entirely black and white. The genus is supposed to be point of extinction.
