(vi-bra'-shun). A swinging, oscillation, or thrill, like that of the string of a musical instrument; fremitus. In ma age, a modification of the kneading-movement. It consists in making the alternate succe ive pre ures and relaxations with very great rapidity. This may be done by the hand, but is better performed by means of some form of machine.
