Frisby

Edgar, astronomer with relative rank of commander in the United States navy; was born at Great Easton, England, May 22, 1837. He became a istant-astronomer at the Naval Observatory, Washington, and in 1878,’profe or of mathematics in the United States navy. He retired in 1899.
