Pop. 168,851.- SAXE-ME IN IN GEN-HILD BURG HAUSEN, (-min'ing-gen-hild-boorg-how'zn,) a duchy ofN. Germany; area, 44-97 Ger. sq. m.; C. Me in in gen. Scad, Pop.180,335. SAXE-WEIMAR-EISENACH, (-vi'mar-i'zn-ak,) Scagliola, agrand-duchy of N. Germany, consisting of the former petty sovereign states of Weimar and Eisenach; area, 66-03 Ger. sq. m.; C. Weimar. Its princes were allowed the title of grand-dukes by the Congre of Vienna in 1816.- All the above states have been placed, 1866-71, under the virtual rule of Pru ia. [s. 800]
