Cork 1831–32; known as viscount Kings borough 1837–39; succeeded 18 Oct. 1839; frequently sued by cabmen in the police courts and behaved in an unseemly manner in the house of lords; declared of unsound mind April 1861. d. 21 Jany. 1867.
