[ ed Ligurinus chloris.-2. [ cap.] A genus of [ chlorisat ( in ) warblers: synonymous with Parula. Boie, 1826. chlorisatic (klō-ri-sat'ik), a. + -ic.] Pertaining to or producing chlorisatin: as, chlorisatic acid. chlorisatin (klō-ris'a-tin), n. [ chlorid on isatin. It forms orange-yellow transparent crystals of bitter taste, scarcely soluble in cold water.
