& 8. [RELAX, v.] A. As adj .: Relaxed, loosened. and another post-glacial; but how many years elapsed since the one or the other took place is unknown. [CHRONOLOGY, 9.] relative-gravity, subst. The same as SPECIFIC GRAVITY (q. v.). relative-key, s. Music : A key whose first, third, and fifth degrees form a common chord made up of notes of the key to which it is related.
