ra'shT-o or -sho, n. (Math.) The relation which one quantity or magnitude has to another the same kind, as expre ed by the quotient of the divided by the 1st; fixed relation of number, quantity, or degree; proportion; rate; quota.— Ra'tion, ra's hun or rash'un, n. A portion or fixed allowance of provisions, drink, and forage; a certain tion or fixed amount dealt out; allowance. — Ra'tional, rash'un-al, a.
