ischiopubic

(is”ki-6-pa’bik), a. [ pubis + -ic.] 1. Of or pertaining both to the ischium and to the pubis. When the two ventral pieces are united at the tschiopubie symphysis, as they are in the Marsupial i a, many Rodents, Artiodactyl a, and Peri odactyl a, the pelvis is elongated in form.
