Sir Samuel Stephens , 1 Baronet (son of Wm. Marling of Stroud, Gloucs.) b. Wood chester, Gloucs. 10 April 1810; a woollen cloth manufacturer; M.P. West Gloucs. 1868 to 1874, M.P.
