Surrender

(sür-rèn'dür.) [From O. Fr. surrendre, to give up ] (Law.) The yielding up of a principal into legal custody by his bail or surety.-Adeed testifying that the tenant for life or years of lands, ., yields up his estate to him that has the immediate estate in remainder or reversion.-(Inter.
