(mo - lekru - lar) [moles, ma ]. Pertaining to, or composed of, molecules. M. Death, death of a part in minute invisible particles, as ulceration, caries. M., Force, a force acting between molecules, as cohesion. M. Motion, the movements of the molecules of a substance. M. Volume, the volume of a molecule of a substance in the gaseous state; under the same conditions of temperature and pre ure the M. volumes of all substances are equal. M. Weight, the weight of a molecule of any substance as compared with the weight of an atom of hydrogen. Itis equal to the sum of the weights of its constituent atoms. 399
