Carnosity

[Fr. carnosité.) A fleshy excrescence. "The ulcers are healed, and that carnosity resolved."- Wiseman. -Fleshine ; fleshy substance. them are Malays, and make excellent seamen. The islands were discovered in 1543, by Lopez de Villa lobos, a Spaniard; but though nominally belonging to Spain, the Spaniards had no settlement upon them. Hence in Aug., 1885, Germany attempted to annex them, but it so inflamed the Spaniards that they were abandoned. Carol in'ian, n. ( Geog .) a native or inhabitant of the Carol in as, North or South.
