Codicil

(kod'e-sil.) [L., a little book.] (Law.) A supplement to a will, containing anything which the testator wishes to add, or any explanation, alteration, or revocation of what his will contains. Every C. must, like the will itself, be signed by the testator in the presence of two witne es at one time. [s. 202]
