Fair banks

Charles Warren, Senator from Indiana since 1897; was born on a farm in Union Co., Ohio, May 11, 1852. He graduated at Ohio Wesley an University in 1872; became a lawyer at Indianapolis; in 1892 was chairman of the Republican State. Convention; and in 1897 was elected to the Senate.
