BRASSEY

LORD, the great railway contractor, was born in 1805, and died in 1870. One of his chief works was the Grand Trunk Railway of Canada, including the Montreal bridge acro the St. Lawrence. His wife was the authore of Tho Voyage of the Sunbeam.
