27. ( Hall i well.) Siboma (si-bō'ma), n. [NL. (C. Girard, 1856), a made word.] A genus of American cyprinoid fishes related to Phoxinus , variously limited, by some restricted to S. cra i cauda, of California. The species are sometimes called chub and mullet . sibredt (sib'red), n. [ sybredyne , sibræden , relationship, sib , relationship, + ræden , condition: see -red , and cf. kindred , go ip red .] Relationship; kindred.
