(Luigi), Italian jurist and patriot, b. Castelnuovo, 21 June, 1810. He studied at Naples, took part in the democratic movement of ’48, was exiled and returned in 1860, and has been Profe or of Penal Law in the University of Pavia. 1 So varied was the activity of T.
