usucaption (uzukapshon)

[Cf. F. usuca pion, It is nearly equivalent or correlative to the common-law prescription, but differs in that po e ion in good faith was required to constitute usucaption, but need not be in good faith to constitute prescription. As the title here depends on po e ion, which is a mere fact, it is plainly reasonable that the law where the fact occurs should be applied in questions of usucaption or prescription, which is right growing out of a continued fact.
