Mimus Carol in ens is. Species of Thrush common in e. U. S., so called from its peculiar note. It is very dark-colored, ab. 9 in. long, and nests in low bushes early in May. It will attack snakes and is very destructive to ripe fruit. IMG:content-0765.png:[blocks in formation]
