[NL. fibrilla, fibril, + L. form a, form.] Resembling fibril. læ or small fibers. - Fibrilliform ti ue, a phrase sometimes applied to the entangled fiber-like mycelium of many fungi and lichens: same as fibrous mycelium. In some of the lower orders of plants there is a kind of ti ue present [to] which the names of tela context a and interlacing fibrilliform ti ue have been given. R. Bentley , Botany, p. 37.
