A corrupt spelling of reebok. rheic (re'ik), a. [F. rhéique; as Rheum2 + -ic.] Pertaining to or derived from rhubarb. -Rheic acid, C15H1004, the yellow crystalline granular matter of rhubarb, procured from the plant by extraction with potash solution, precipitation with hydrochloric acid, and purification by crystallizing from a solution in chloroform.
