the liquid left after the blood corpuscles and fibrin of the blood have clotted. Itisa straw-colored liquid, rich in albumin. ‘The term is am ployed in a general way to denote any body-liquid resembling the S. of the blood, especially to animal fiuids only prepared to resist certain toxic agents.
