[Eng. myristic; -in.] Chem.: The camphor or stearoptene of volatile oil of nutmeg. ( Watts .) mỹ-ris-tic-ol, s . [Eng. myristic , and ( alcoh ) ol .] Chem.: A camphor said to exist, together with absinthol, in the oil of wormwood. It boils at 212°218°, and yields cymene on distillation with zincic chloride or phosphoric sulphide.
