(Copenhagen, 1879), Danish Luther an; b. at Aalborg, North Jutland, Denmark, Oct. 30, 1846; graduated at the University of Copenhagen; was catechist at the Church of Our Saviour from 1873 to 1877, and has since been profe or of divinity in the university. He is orthodox in the faith, a liberal Luther an in theology, and a Presbyterian in matters of church government.
