The Emperor Wenceslaus in 1887 divided the emrs into four circles, and Maximilian + in 1512 erected Franc on i a into 2a distinct circle. In 1806 it was divided — Wurtemberg, Baden, He e- Ca el, the Saxon duchies, and Bavaria, but since 1814 the greater part has ges to Bavaria, where the districts of Upper, Middle, Lowe1 Franc on i a were established in 1837.
