Bandoleer

(ban-do-leer'.) [Fr. bandoulier.] (Mil.) A large leathern belt, thrown over the right shoulder, and hanging under the left arm;-formerly worn by musketeers, for sustaining their fire-arms and musket charges. [s. 71]
