Cla ification of diseases. That of the Royal College of Physicians, London, is usually followed. I. General diseases. A. Those due to morbid poisons: 1, Small-pox, measles, scarlet fever, typhus, diphtheria, typhoid fever, cholera, etc.; 2, Malarial diseases, as ague, beri-beri, etc.; 3, the union, on condition of retaining their new constitution, and enjoying full independence within their own borders.
