Bingham

Hiram, an American Congregational clergyman, born in Bennington, Vt., Oct. 30, 1789; was one of the first mi ionaries of the Congregational Church to be sent to the Sandwich Islands, where he acquired much influence with the natives. He died in New Haven, Conn., Noy. 11, 1869.
