(kwol-i-fe-ka's hun.) [From L. qualis, having a certain quality, and facio, I make.] Any natural endowment, or any acquirement, which fits a person for a place, office, or employment. Also, any property or po e ion which gives one a right to exercise the elective franchise, or furnishes one with any legal power or capacity. [s. 746]
