Nacarat

(nak'ah-rat.) [From Sp. na car, mother-of pearl.] (Manuf.) A Turkish crape or fine gauzy fabric, dyed fugitive ly of a pale-red color, which ladies sometimes rub upon their faces, to give them a delicate tinge of pink. [s. 629]
