Geol.: Two series of limestone beds: (1) An upper Pen tamer us limestone of Upper Ludlow age, and a corresponding one in the Helderberg group in America; (2) the Pen tamer us knight i i limestone, equivalent to the Aymestry limestone; the shell is found abundantly around Aymestry. It is older than No. (1).
