Bramwell, Wesley an minister who d. 1818 ). b. 24 April 1794; attorney at Durham 1815; alderman of Durham 1835–52; mayor 1840, 41, 45, 52 and 1853; undersheriff of co. Durham 1840; recorder of Durham and steward of Court Leet and Court Baron of city of Durham March 1860 to death. d. Framwell gate, Durham 25 Nov. 1882.
