Y.); Rock Island (TiL); San Antonio (Tex.); Water town (Ma .); and Watervliet (N. Y.). There were also powder depéts at St. Louis (N. J.); a, noted armory at Springfield (Ma .), and an ordnance proving. ground at Sandy Hook
