A member of the New York Stock Exchange is permitted to do busine for another member at a commi ion of 1-32 per cent for buying and the same for selling—at three and a shilling, or in other words, at $3.12 1-2 per 100 shares of stock of the par value of $100 each or 10 bonds of the par value of $1,000 each. The charge to a person not a member is 1-8 per cent or $12.50.
