Fardel-bound

(fahr'del-.) (Far.) A disease in cattle and sheep, characterized by impaction of the fardel-bag, or third stomach of the animal, with food; in other words, it may be described as indigestion aggravated to inflammation of the stomach ic organs. [s. 356]
